If the following message appears when trying to open the Annual Financial Statements:

then VBA is not installed. To correct this problem, please follow the following steps:
Close all open instances of Excel.
Open the Control Panel
Select 'Add or Remove programs'
Select 2007 Microsoft Office from the list and click on 'Change'
Select 'Add or remove features' and click on 'Continue'
Browse down the list until you find 'Office shared features' and click on the plus sign to its left.
Scroll down the sub-list till you find 'Visual Basic for Applications'
Click on the icon to its left and select 'Run from My Computer' from the menu that appears.
Click on the 'Continue' button.
When the Financial Statements are opened AutoMate will now be able to run.
